Carey Wale

Carey is married with three children and has lived in Kamloops since 1991.

His interests are hockey, baseball, golf, and was involved in coaching Kamloops Minor Hockey.

Carey joined Flynn Mirtle Moran in 1992 and became a partner in 2008. His accreditations include AACI - Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute and P.App - Professional Appraiser. Carey specializes in appraisal of all types of commercial, industrial, native land and recreational properties.

Brett Mirtle

Brett was born and raised in Kamloops and he is married with three children.

He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and hockey.

Brett joined Flynn Mirtle Moran as an appraiser in 2003 and became a partner in 2014. He is experienced in most types of property valuation assignments including various forms of commercial developments, industrial use properties, multi-family projects and single family residences. Brett currently supervises the firm's residential appraisers. His accreditations include AACI - Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute, P.App - Professional Appraiser and BGS - Bachelor of General Studies.

Rob Morrison

Rob was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. In 2008, Rob moved to Kamloops to attend Thompson Rivers University. While at TRU, Rob played for the men's varsity baseball team. He graduated with a Business Administration Degree in Finance.

After university, Rob played semi-professional baseball in Australia for two seasons. Rob started with Flynn Mirtle Moran in 2016 and currently works in the residential department. He specializes in the valuation of all types of improved and vacant residential properties, including rural properties, small and large acreage and hobby farm properties, waterfront and recreational.

His goal is to obtain his AACI and become a commercial appraiser.

Kurtis Taylor

Kurtis is married with two children and two step-children. He recently moved to Kamloops from Prince George in the Fall of 2018.

His interests lie in hockey, baseball, golf, camping and fishing. He played junior hockey in the BCHL as well as the now defunct RMJHL. Kurtis was a member of the Prince George Spruce Kings Board of Directors for 5 years. He also spent several years coaching minor hockey in Prince George.

Kurtis joined Flynn Mirtle Moran in 2018. His accreditation includes a B.Comm. – Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Northern BC, a Di. ULE – Diploma in Urban Land Economics from UBC, a CRA – Canadian Residential Appraiser and a P.App – Professional Appraiser designation.

Kurtis has experience appraising various property types and is currently in the final stages of completing his AACI designation.
