Who We Are

The firm was originally established by Mr. Basil Flynn in 1962. Over the years the firm has grown to one of the largest in the BC Interior on a reputation of providing quality service over a wide range of real estate appraisal needs. Flynn Mirtle Moran comprises a partnership of three including Jim Moran (1988), Carey Wale (2008) and Brett Mirtle (2014), as well as three staff appraisers and four support staff. Between the partners and staff appraisers, Flynn Mirtle Moran has over 125 years of experience in both commercial and residential appraisals.
